Mark Heitkamp, one of the founding partners, has over twenty-eight years of professional experience in the fields of architecture and interior design. Mark’s project experience includes healthcare, corporate and hospitality. Mark’s experience provides clients with innovative and efficient design solutions and has earned him the reputation of “doing it right the first time.” Mark demands continuous communication with the consultants and the owner to ensure projects are on-time, in-budget and successfully meet or exceed expectations.

Allen Swift, one of the founding partners, has over fifteen years of professional experience in the field of Architecture with well established, recognized architectural firms. Allen’s project experience includes Healthcare, corporate and hospitality. Allen has quickly established himself in the Houston community as an Architect who is able to fit the most program into the tightest of spaces and provide the client with a well designed and comfortable space to work in while meeting the current codes and standards.

Lisa Herring joined Heitkamp Swift Architects with over twenty-two years of professional experience in the field of Architecture and Development. Most of her experience has been in healthcare and civic work. She has experience with FEMA resulting from hurricane Allison. Her resume also includes hospitality and public assembly projects. Lisa’s practical and aesthetic approach to architecture has created harmonic spaces and satisfied clients.

William Panganiban has over thirty-one years of professional experience in the fields of architecture and interior design. William started his professional career as principal of a successful design/build firm in the Philippines. William’s past project experience includes healthcare, educational, corporate and hospitality. William’s experience provides clients with extensive knowledge in all aspects of the architecture and construction. William is known for keeping projects on schedule, maintaining team harmony through people skills, analytical problem solving, technical knowledge and the application of innovative solutions to improve productivity.

Chad Finley has over five years of experience at Heitkamp Swift Architects specializing in the Medical Architecture. Chad provides an invaluable understanding of the requirements necessary to make a project a success from the programming phase through the smooth completion of construction. He has worked with various clients such as University Texas Medical Branch (UTMB), Methodist Hospital (TMH), and Texas A&M University (TAMU).
